2. Description of service / Mô tả dịch vụ

KyNguyenAI provides an AI Creative Suite (music, voice, video AI tools) and a Cloud AI Studio & Creator Platform for consented, legitimate communications: account notices, security alerts, invoices, and product updates.

3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

This section follows international email deliverability standards (CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR).

3.1 We will

• Send email only to recipients who provided affirmative consent (explicit opt-in) and, for subscriptions, completed Double Opt-In;
• Include accurate From / Reply-To identity (KyNguyenAI / verified domain addresses);
• Include a clear subject line that is not deceptive;
• Include a physical / contact identity and working unsubscribe mechanism in every commercial/notification campaign email;
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly and add the address to a permanent suppression list;
• Support List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-Click headers;
• Automatically process real-time bounce and spam complaint webhooks to immediately suppress invalid or complaining addresses;
• Maintain bounce rate < 2% and complaint rate < 0.05% operational targets.

3.2 We will not

• Buy, rent, scrape, or use harvested email lists;
• Send unsolicited bulk commercial email (UBE/spam);
• Use misleading headers, forged domains, or open relays;
• Mail suppressed addresses (bounced, complained, unsubscribed);
• Violate international email deliverability standards (CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR) or established sending best practices.

4. User obligations / Nghĩa vụ người dùng

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not abuse AI tools for illegal content, malware, fraud, or spam. Violation may result in suspension.

5. Intellectual property / Sở hữu trí tuệ

Site content, trademarks “KyNguyenAI” / “Kỷ Nguyên AI”, and platform software are owned by KyNguyenAI or its licensors. User-generated AI outputs remain subject to product-specific license terms.

6. Disclaimers / Tuyên bố miễn trừ

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. AI outputs may be inaccurate; users remain responsible for their use.

7. Limitation of liability / Giới hạn trách nhiệm

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KyNguyenAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or emails.

8. Unsubscribe / Hủy đăng ký

Visit https://kynguyenai.com/unsubscribe or use the link in any email. Requests are processed immediately into the global suppression list.

9. Governing law / Luật áp dụng

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you reside (including GDPR rights for EU residents).
